Hoboken Pilates’ mission is to help the student discover their proper alignment and to strengthen the core and its surrounding musculature. Pilates is ideal for anyone striving to improve their posture and to alleviate chronic pain and discomfort.

One of the positive side-effects of the pilates method is a stronger, leaner physique. The studio caters to a wide range of clients including postpartum and other special populations.

Beyond physical well-being, the long-term goal of Hoboken Pilates is to provide the knowledge of anatomy to the client so he/she can make educated choices, not just in fitness, but throughout life. The end result is an individual who moves with confidence, efficiency, and grace.
